The iconic building is an integrated development comprising premium Grade A+ office space and a 5-star hotel. It stands on the same spot as the old Hotel Equatorial in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle.

Malaysia Tatler – After a 7-year redevelopment, Hotel Equatorial Group reopened its flagship property in Kuala Lumpur under a new catchy name, EQ. The official opening, held at the Diamond Ballroom, saw the attendance of such prominent names in sport and high society such as Datuk Nicol David and husband-and-wife Dato’ Sri Jeffrey Raymond and Datin Sri Joyce Raymond.
